We had a great vacation in this slice of paradise. Everything from the sound of the ocean, to the birds chirping away in the morning, made this stay memorable. The kids lived in the pool as we relaxed by the ocean under the almond tree. Thanks for a great gorgeous getaway. We can’t wait to go back.

Villa Shandison is a 4,000 sq. ft. Ocean Front Villa that is the star of the Tobago Plantations Estate. No expense has been spared in the maintenance and 2022 upgrade of this stellar space by the current owners Richard and Lana, who are themselves long-time visitors to Tobago and incorporated all the “vacation must-haves” into this one of a kind spacious 6 bedroom Sea Front Villa. Villa Shandison boasts beautifully appointed bedrooms and a modern open plan living & Dining room that each commands an imaginative view of the infinity swimming pool, whirlpool, and the private coastline. The Property is fully air-conditioned with a beautifully landscaped garden and Zen-like heated outdoor shower.
Villa Shandison is one, of only a few ocean-front villas in the Tobago Plantations Estate with its own Ocean deck perched over its private sea pool & beach, ideal for views of the tropical sunsets.

Outdoor Spaces
Villa Shandison sits on just over 1 acre of the oceanfront and is designed for outdoor living. The Villa boasts a large plantation-style covered rear pool veranda with ceiling fans, mounted on the 20ft vaulted ceiling and a relaxed outdoor dining area in the form of an 8-person dining set & accompanying lounge set, with an unobstructed view of the infinity pool and attached whirlpool. The owners have installed 3 new canter lever umbrellas to shade the most sensitive persons from the sun and 2 separate umbrellas on the custom-made tandem deck chairs. The Pool deck opens onto a lush garden with a private sea pool and beach with overlooking deck for your entertainment.
The party does not stop at sunset, as the owners have installed ambiance lighting on all trees on the property and illuminated the sea pool. A feature that you will see in no other villa in Tobago.
Outdoor Cooking
The owners have made a custom 2 burner outdoor Ring Stove, to allow family-style cooking, of your favorite Indian or Asian dishes, which require high heat and extremely large pots. There is also a Stainless steel gas BBQ for your use.

A unique feature of Villa Shandison is its very wide and varied birdlife, owing in the main to the plethora of flowering plants in the villa’s garden, which comes to life every morning and accompanying evening with our feathered friends. We have been fortunate to have hosted award-winning nature photographer William Barrow who has generously shared his keen eye with us and us with you.
